WHY I'M RUNNING
I am running for the U.S. House of Representatives because I believe that the principles of fiscal responsibility and putting our nation's safety first have been lost in the day-to-day partisan struggle in the halls of Congress. I will win this election with the support of the second congressional district because we hold this belief to be true. Together the "Show Me" state will show Congress that our voice does make a difference.
We have a campaign in front of us, and the second congressional district deserves a clean, but competitive race. The beauty of our democracy is that our election laws allow for ideas, principles, and solutions to be exchanged between opponents and put before the American people for their vote.
If the people of Missouri choose to elect me their next U.S. House Representative for Missouri's 2nd Congressional District, I will work every day to honor their trust and to uphold the high responsibility that the office owes to each and every Missourian.
Please don't hesitate to email me your thoughts or comments at info@lizlauberforcongress.com. Or join our campaign mailing list.
